I started as a participant at OPI a year ago and I can honestly say that this program changed my life in an incredible way. A year ago I had dropped out of school for the second time, I was very depressed and saw little hope for having any future. I was calling my mom every night crying and telling her that I felt sure I was going to have to die someday soon. I was a little nervous when my out of concern, directed me to OPI as I didn't have very much trust in an inpatient environment. I couldn't have been more wrong. OPI gave me strong support and independent living skills that are invaluable to me. My team at OPI, especially Azra my therapist helped me build a wonderful life for myself that I am very grateful for. Today I am living independently in outpatient with a job, a great relationship with my parents, and a plan to go back to school in the fall. I owe all of my success to OPI. It's a wonderful supportive program with a team of wonderful, genuinely caring people working at it. Thank you OPI!!

As a team member of OPI, I am incredibly proud of the work that we do here! It is amazing to watch our participants benefit from our program and move forward living healthy, balanced and authentic lives. Our team is made up of some of the most caring, compassionate, and hard working people that I know and I feel lucky to be a part of OPI.

A week we came out before visiting Optimum Performance Institute I was balling because it was a 6 weeks commitment and I never committed to anything that long before in my life. My parents wanted me to move back home after going to OpI but I was not interested in that. I got my own apartment and they taught me how to do basic thing such as cooking and cleaning. I now live in Santa Monica on my own and keep the place nice which is a big thing for me. I can definitely say that this is all due to Opi.

Working with the OPI team has been an enriching and fulfilling experience. I have gained vast knowledge and exposure of this very unique and much needed science. Catering to young adults are professionals and peers, which contributes to the success of the programs offered. OPI is a wonderful place to work and I would highly recommend its programs and services.

I have had the joy of working at OPI for almost 2 1/2 years. With confidence, I can share that turning hopeless into happiness has been our focus at OPI. Thank you to our amazing treatment team, I have witnessed amazing transformations amongst our young adult participants. As many would agree, finding the courage to seek treatment for those things which cause distress and emotional angst can be overwhelming at times. I am so proud of our participants as well whom have reached out and done the hard work to overcome whatever has been holding them back in life. I have seen those whom struggle with both depression and social anxiety learn new skills in order to push themselves out of their comfort zone and build new friendships, maintain relationships and repair strained relationships. As most would agree all things even good things may cause stress. Seeking treatment for a loved one or for yourself is not easy. I encourage others whom may know a young adult in need of support to contact OPI as a professional resource. OPI is part of the InnerChange Family and we consider ourselves ONE Family. We care about you and look forward to being a continued professional resource.

Every member of the team I have had the chance to interact with has been helpful, professional, responsive and friendly. The programs offer innovative treatment with a group of caring individuals.

I've had the pleasure of working for OPI for quite some time now and the staff is very friendly and astute to the needs of the participants in the program. It's nice to feel the passion that everyone has for the work that we do.
